To purchase flight vouchers for an Adventure by Balloon or an Exclusive Flight For Two you can either complete the secure online booking form and submit it, telephone us or fill in the online booking form, print it and then fax or post it to us.

Sunrise Special offer flight vouchers can only be purchased by completing the online booking form.

Terms and Conditions

Balloons can fly safely only in the right weather conditions and when correctly loaded. Unfortunately this means that we sometimes have to cancel your flight.

We do our best to advise passengers as early as possible if a flight is to be cancelled, but this is not usually possible until about two or three hours before the take-off time (or the previous evening in the case of a morning flight). Sometimes, when the weather forecast is uncertain, the pilot may have to cancel a flight on the takeoff site.

If your flight is cancelled you must contact us again to re-book.

We do not accept liability for any expense that may have been incurred as a result of cancellation of a flight. If that flight has to be cancelled we will continue to honor the voucher.

Vouchers can be transferred to another person but we must be advised in advance of the intended change. Flight voucher payments are not refundable.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

When you buy a balloon flight voucher you will receive confirmation of your payment. When the flight date is booked we will also provide details of the takeoff site and further information.

If you find that you are unable to come for your flight on the date booked we request that you give us at least five days notice. If you cancel at short notice or if you fail to arrive and we are unable to fill your space your flight will be lost.
