Hot Air Ballooning in the United Kingdom has an excellent safety record - it is by far the safest of all aerial sports. Statistics suggest that you are at far greater risk in your car driving to the launch site than you are in any balloon.

Insurance

We carry the maximum insurance for liability to passengers as defined in the "Carriage By Air Acts Order". We have had no claims from any of the several thousand passengers we have flown.

CAA Certified

Our company is certified by the Civil Aviation Authority for public transport in balloons and all our pilots are fully qualified commercial pilots who have local experience flying from our launch sites.
