About Ambergate

Our Derbyshire Dales launchsite lies in the Amber Valley beside the River Derwent at the Hurt Arms pub. We regularly fly over a variety of interesting sites and varied scenery: Matlock Bath and the Heights of Abraham; Crich Tramway Museum; Riber Castle; Carsington Water and Ogston Reservoir to name but a few.

With a southerly wind we sometimes have the pleasure of landing in Chatsworth Park. Ambergate is the obvious choice for Derby residents.
